How Do I Return Something?
We have partnered with ReBOUND to offer a subsidised returns in over 38 countries meaning you can get your return parcel back to our HQ up to 45% cheaper than going to your local post office.
Before you start, make sure you have your seven-digit order number to hand, which can be found on any emails we’ve sent you. For exchanges, the quickest and most efficient way to get your replacement goods is to place a new order and request a refund for the unwanted item.

If you are planning on returning an extra large item e.g. a bike or skis, then please email email@example.com so we can arrange a subsidized courier collection.
If you have an extra large item, e.g. a bike or snowboard, or any item that has a manufacturing fault, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Once logged on enter your order number and book your return. You can select your shipping provider and print your courier label and returns form all from the ReBOUND portal.
Securely wrap your parcel, ensuring your item/s won't be damaged during transit. We can only accept items in their original condition, so make sure items that come boxed (like shoes, helmets etc) are placed inside another box or a bag.
Please don't stick the returns label directly onto the product packaging, as we won't be able to process the return and it will instead be sent back to you.
Attach the address label and place it on the front of the parcel. Afterwards place the returns form inside the parcel.
Take the parcel to your local post office/courier and send it back to our returns hub.
ReBOUND will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcels journey back to FsX HQ
As soon as your returned item/s have been received at HQ, we will inform you via email. Refunds are usually back in the customer's account 3-5 working days after this... Sorry, that's down to the banks, not us. They take their time!
