Alpinestars was founded in 1963 by Sante Mazzarolo in Italy. The brands original purpose was to provide protective gear for motocross racing, but the company has since branched out into pretty much every mainstream motorsport and many extreme sports. From formula 1 to freestyle motocross, world superbike to wakeboarding; there are very few adrenaline sports that Alpinestars don’t have some involvement with.
