Where is my parcel?

When you place an order with us you'll receive an email confirming our receipt of the order. This will be followed by a dispatch email when your order leaves our warehouse. If the order total is over £50 we'll send it using premium tracked, so it should be with you within two days of the email. If the order value is less than £50 it has been shipped using Royal Mail, which takes 1-5 working days, however it can take up to 10 working days.

Has my order shipped yet?

An email will be sent to you once the order has been shipped.

How long will it take?

Once you receive your dispatch email your order should be with you in 1-5 working days.

How much will it cost?

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of £2.99

How will it be packed?

All items are securely packed, with larger items and technical equipment being sent in boxes.

Who will deliver it?

Your item will be delivered by DPD, UPS or Royal Mail. If your order total is over £50 we will upgrade you to premium shipping, using DPD or UPS. All orders under this value will be shipped using Royal Mail.

What time will it arrive?

Our couriers deliver between 09:00 to 18:00

What if I miss the delivery?

If you're out when the item is delivered you should have been left a note instructing you on how to obtain your parcel. Items via Royal Mail can usually be collected from your local depot or arranged for re-delivery. Orders sent by courier should result in a note with a contact number that you can use to re-arrange the delivery.

Have you received my return?

You will receive an email confirming we have received your return.

How do i obtain the VAT information?

You will receive a receipt with your order which will have all of the VAT information on.

How do I return something?

You will receive a returns form with your order which needs to be completed and sent with the goods. If you send an item back to us you're responsible for paying the postage (so use a reasonable shipping method!), unless it's our mistake, in which case we'll refund the cost of postage upon return. If you don't have your returns form, it can be downloaded here.

There's an item missing

If your order arrives and an item is missing, there should be a note in with your order explaining where the other items are. If not, please contact us.

What do i do if the goods i have received are faulty?

If the item you receive is faulty, fill out the enclosed returns form and send it back to us.

How long do I have to return an item?

Any goods can be returned in a re-salable state within 45 days of shipment.
