This one is pretty simple. If you're not 100% happy with the goods then send them back for a full refund. No strings attached, no sneaky terms and conditions. If you don’t like something then why keep it? Even if you bought it months ago and just haven’t worn it - send it back for something else, we don't mind. The only thing we ask is that you return the goods to us in a resellable condition. We want happy customers.

We like to say the FreestyleXtreme warehouse runs like a well oiled machine. but at the end of the day we’re not robots and we’re not perfect. We (rarely!) make mistakes the same as everyone else. The difference with us is that if we get it wrong, we’ll make it up to you and that is a promise.

As many of you will know we've always tried to give back to the sports and industries we love and this was why we put together the FreestyleXtreme Team. We rarely sponsor the high flying superstars of extreme sports, more often than not we favour the underdogs, the privateers and the grafters who live for what they do and keep the scene alive. Some of our sponsored riders are at the very top of their game, but this is not why we sponsor them.

A great success story for the FreestyleXtreme Team and part of a true motorsport family with all three brothers champion riders. This year Eugene finished second in the 600cc World Supersport Championship. He was kind enough to give us a video testimonial only minutes after winning the last race of the season but our shoddy camera work coupled with bad background noise doesn’t do it justice. Elbry got his first MTB in the mid 80's, and in 89 began racing every weekend until 98.
