3. CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT
Job Description:
We deal with customers all over the world in 8 different languages and do our upmost to provide a premium service. The job entails answering customer inquiries by phone and email and processing returns. Applicants must speak fluent French and English. German, Spanish and Italian language skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with customer inquiries
* Processing returns
* Occassional translation work
Required skills:
* Fluent French and English is essential
* Ability to work under pressure
* Must be both friendly and efficient
